Become a part of the Porsche Supercup family and learn everything you need to know about the organisation and regulations of the pinnacle of Porsche one-make series.
Participants in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup are professional racing teams that enter between two and three race cars in the series.
The teams are the contractual partners of Porsche AG. They are responsible for selecting and contracting the drivers. All necessary information regarding the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup will be provided to the teams, who will then pass it on to their drivers and partners.
Depending on the role, there are different ways to join the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup:
Teams contact the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup Organisation directly. The contractual relationship regarding participation in the competition is between Porsche AG and the team.
Sponsoring partners contact a team or the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup Organisation directly. Depending on the type of partnership, a contractual relationship exists either between the sponsoring partners and a team or between the sponsoring partners and Porsche AG.
Drivers contact a team directly. The contractual negotiations regarding cooperation take place between the team and the driver.
The terms and conditions of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup 2023 are set out in the regulations and in the entry forms. The Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup regulations are published by Porsche AG before each season and define the sporting principles and technical standards, classifications and the rules of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup.
The series has an Overall and ProAm classification as well as a Team and Rookie Classification. Points and prize money are awarded according to the regulations. The Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup regulations are registered with and approved by the DMSB (Deutscher Motor Sport Bund e. V.). By signing the 'Application for Team Entry' and the separate 'Application for Driver Entry', the competitor and driver accept the regulations as legally binding. Independent, licensed technical scrutineers and official stewards will monitor each event and ensure that the rules are adhered to. This ensures that technical equality and sporting fairness are always guaranteed. The Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup regulations are available from the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup Organisation.
The 'Application for Team Entry' is the starting point for participation in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup. As soon as the 'Application for Team Entry' has been confirmed by Porsche AG and the entry fee has been paid, the competitor is entitled to participate.
An entry is valid for the entire season, which means that a competitor is obliged to participate at all classification rounds as well as the season tests.
For each competitor, a minimum of two race cars or a maximum of three must be registered with the ‘Application for Team Entry’.
To enter a fourth car, a second entrant’s licence is required.
Per entrant licence, a maximum of two cars is permitted for the Team Classification.
The entry fee for the first two cars includes the following services:
Participation fee for two race cars for all classification rounds
Ten 3-day team catering tickets per race event
24 support event paddock passes for all race events
