Porsche Junior Driver: Jaxon Evans.

Clear path forward.

From karting directly to the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge in Australia: Jaxon Evans started his GT career in 2015 and immediately participated in various Australian Porsche Cups. Within short time, he improved his driving skills and achieved the second spot of the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Australia in 2016. He was equally successful in the following year. Hardly surprising, as his great dream and goal was achieving an international racing career.

The reason for his determination: He is a third generation race driver – motorsport is in his blood. It was and is his hobby and part of his life. Even amongst his friends: At the beginning of Jaxon Evans' career, his friend Matt Campbell completed the Porsche Junior Programme. The dream of motorsport united them and before Campbell joined Porsche, both did not consider the chance of participating in races for the brand.

Dreams, without goals, are just dreams.

In 2018, Jaxon Evans won the Porsche Motorsport Junior Shootout and was chosen together with Ayhancan Güven to receive support from Porsche. The first person to hear about Jaxon's success was Matt Campbell.

Since then, Jaxon Evans successfully participated in various GT races on an international stage and achieved great standings. Now, the New Zealander is Porsche Driver and opened the 2022 Nürburgring Endurance Series with a bang together with his team: He won the 12-hour race on the Nürburgring. In the 2023 season, he participated in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Here, he achieved the seventh spot of the GTD class in Sebring with Kelly-Moss with Riley. Meanwhile, he is currently holding the third position in the driver championship of the ADAC GT Masters. His dream and goal of entering international motorsport have come true.
