URANO eSports was founded on the 1st of September 2020 and is active in virtual motorsport as a works team of the URANO Group. VRS Coanda

In 2014, former members of My3id Gaming founded the Coanda Simsport team and have since celebrated various successes. Among them is the 2021 Autosport Esports Team of the Year award. Their biggest successes also include competing in the 2021 Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup, where Joshua Rogers finished the season in first place and is now an official works driver within the Porsche Coanda Esports Racing Team.

Oracle Red Bull Racing Esports

The driving duo of Sebastian Job and Cooper Webster will be looking to fight for the title again this year after a 2nd place finish in the 2022 season. The perfect training conditions are provided by the Red Bull Racing Erena, a state-of-the-art race simulation facility.

As a newcomer, Tony Kanaan's esports team will compete in the 2023 season with Gustavo Ariel and wants to fight for victory. The Brazilian reached 2nd place in the PESC Contender Series and naturally wants to build on this success. Whether he will be able to do so with such a starting grid will soon be seen.

Founded by two brothers. Driven by one passion. One of the new teams in season five of PESC is FYRA SimSport. Starting out by literally playing with toy cars together as kids, they could never have dreamt they “would be able to compete with the best in the world. Founded in June 2018, Altus Esports is a Sim Racing Esports team that is looking to break the mould of existing Sim Racing teams – many of which have raced with one another as part of the Evolution Racing Team.

R8G Esports was founded in April 2020 by ex F1 driver Romain Grosjean, Stephane Koch (Ceo TX3) and Thibault Larue (ex F1 journalist) from Triple A Esports (a professional agency operating in sports racing).
2021 R8G Esports becomes a fully-fledged entity and operates on multiple simulations, such as iRacing.

Apex Racing Team

When Alex Simpson founded the Apex Racing Team in 2012, he had just one goal: to compete in the iRacing World Championship. Today, 10 years later, the team is represented in various iRacing racing series. Since the first season of the PESC, Jamie Fluke and his team will start season five of the series.

BS+COMPETITION

Back in the middle of 2019, long before the current esports racing boom, Buerosued plus began preparing its own team. No more than nine months later, the wait was over: BS+COMPETITION contested its first sim racing event in Sebring. This year, they are part of the PESC 2023 and with Oskari Rinne, they are sending their own representative onto the virtual grid.

Next up we have Hamburg-based professional gaming organisation MOUZ. Whilst best known for fielding competitive teams in Counter Strike, MOUZ are now moving onto the racetrack, joining the action in PESC Season 5 with Maximilian Benecke as their driver.

Tuomas Tähtelä, 23, has been playing racing games since he was a child. He is the winner of this year's Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup Contender Series and qualified for season five of PESC. Tähtelä is entering this year’s series as a privateer, a classification that allows entrants to race as an individual rather than as part of a bigger team.
