The Future is „Rennsport“: Esports up close in Zuffenhausen

With the new Porsche Coanda Esports Racing Team, we have laid the foundation for our virtual motorsport future. Now we have a new Esports highlight coming up, developed in cooperation with Porsche and other partners: “RENNSPORT”.

When it comes to simulations that offer an authentic driving experience, only a few have established themselves among sim racers in recent years. With “RENNSPORT”, there is now one in development that will take virtual racing to a new level.

The fact that “RENNSPORT” will be released soon, is no secret among sim racers. Now, however, it is ready to be presented officially to the public. For this, the Munich-based developer studio "Competition Company" is organising a roadshow, which will make a stop in front of the Porsche Museum on 8 June from 10am - 6pm.

The racing simulation will be presented on the Porsche Plaza by Thomas Laudenbach (Head of Porsche Motorsport), Marco Ujhasi (Manager Esports Porsche Motorsport), and the CEO of Competition Company, Morris Hebecker. For motorsport fans, this is a unique chance to be among the first to test the game - in professional sim rigs consisting of a racing seat, steering wheel, pedals and monitors. Tips and tricks will be shared live, during an on-site Meet & Greet with the Esports factory drivers of the Porsche Coanda Esports Racing Team.
