¡Hola, Barcelona! We’re back – the second race of the PESC Season 2022.

On Saturday, the second race of the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup by iRacing is going down at Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya. Will the current positions stay intact from the last race, or will we see new mavericks powering their way up the leaderboard?

The battle for front position has potential to become a spectacular showdown. Currently, Porsche Driver Ayhancan Güven, is the season opening winner at the Hockenheimring. With a total of 65 points, he’s only two points ahead of his Portuguese chaser Diogo C. Pinto. Closely followed by Graham Caroll in third place and Jeremy Bouteloup in fourth with 55 and 54 points, respectively.

The midfield promises to remain exciting as well. PESC Champion 2020 Sebastian Job, currently ranked 12th, wants to make up for last round’s crash and fight his way back to the podium.

Before the main race starts at 7pm UTC, well-known content creators will warm up the virtual track in Barcelona in the All-Stars Race. This time with special guest Porsche Factory Works Driver Laurens Vanthoor. Make sure to tune in, the broadcast starts at 5.30pm UTC and can be viewed live on the official Porsche Twitch channel or on YouTube.

We are looking forward to another virtual race weekend filled with action and are eager to see what surprises Barcelona has in store for us.
