After Le Mans comes Nürburgring.

It couldn’t be more exciting. There is only a week between the 24h of Le Mans and the 24h of Nürburgring. Just one week separates the 24 Hours of Le Mans from the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring. And this short period is a big challenge for the #TeamPorsche: Due to the worldwide situation and health requirements, the management of Porsche Motorsport, in close coordination with the responsible persons at Manthey-Racing, has decided not to field any works drivers who were at the 24 Hours of Le Mans at the Nürburgring. The reason for this decision was several positive test results from the team's environment, which was on-site at the Sarthe. Unfortunately, this decision means that the so-called "Grello" Porsche cannot race in this year's edition. As other works drivers were also planned for other teams, Porsche is currently looking for solutions to enable the use of the remaining 911 GT3 R.

Of course, this news is close to bad news for the fans of the classic car in the Eifel region - but the health of all involved is higher than the sporting goals. The entire #TeamPorsche would like to thank everyone for their understanding.

Strong line-up for the Nürburgring.

Despite the absence of the drivers who competed in Le Mans, Porsche is providing a strong driver line-up for the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring. New to the team are brand ambassadors Timo Bernhard and Jörg Bergmeister as well as Earl Bamber, who is active for Porsche in the IMSA. In addition, the young talent Nico Menzel and the Austrian veteran Norbert Siedler will strengthen the #TeamPorsche on site. In addition to the new names, the Porsche works drivers Sven Müller, Dennis Olsen and Klaus Bachler will each start for two customer team vehicles.

Always up-to-date during the race.

The 24-hour race in the Eifel is one of the most spectacular races of the season. Even if it cannot take place as planned this year, we want to be live with all the action. Here you can find the live-stream of the 24h race:
