Crunch time starts at Spa-Francorchamps.

The duel for the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup continues at full throttle. The venue for this weekend’s race: Spa-Francorchamps. Famous for its rapid ups and downs, this twisting circuit is also known as ’the roller coaster’. But Spa-Francorchamps probably owes its legendary status to a particularly notorious bend: Eau Rouge. Now that the blistering heat of Brands Hatch is behind us, we can look forward to spectacular motorsport highlights at Spa-Francorchamps. Who will win the race through the Eau Rouge?

One bend. One winner.

Of course, the ability of the individual drivers will decide who wins the race at Spa-Francorchamps. Eau Rouge will pose a particular challenge. Victory in this legendary curve requires a great deal of skill. Sebastian Job’s steadfastness could be severely tested here. Both Joshua Rogers from VRS Coanda Simsport and the Spaniard Alejandro Sánchez from MSI eSports are unlikely to give the Red Bull Racing Esports driver a head start. The German Max Benecke from Team Redline is also hot on the trio’s heels. We can expect an exciting battle for first place.

Battle for the top of the table.

Sprint races, twisting chases and hard-fought duels: there is unlikely to be anything that we have not already seen during the last few outings. Race after race, newcomers and well-known simracers alike demonstrate their versatile skills. What can we expect at Spa-Francorchamps? A fight for podium places like the one provided by Sánchez and Anderson at Road Atlanta? Or another glorious victory such as the one achieved by Sánchez at Silverstone? We can definitely anticipate one thing: the drivers’ performance in the battle to the top of the table in the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup will remain at the usual high level.

The outlook: thrilling motorsport.

On Saturday, 29 August the wait will finally be over. The second half of the 2020 season is in full swing and we could not wish for a more legendary setting for the next race of the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup than Spa-Francorchamps. By how much will the Briton, Sebastian Job, be able to extend his lead over his rivals? Will we witness an incredible comeback? There is still scope for surprises, highlights and plenty of thrills before the season finale in Monza. We are already looking forward to welcoming all motorsport devotees, simracing fans and Porsche enthusiasts on the Porsche YouTube and Twitch channels, where the race in Spa-Francorchamps will be streamed live, just like the previous events. The action gets underway on Saturday, 29 August. #jointherace #simracing
