Sim Racing for all: the start of Porsche Community Legends.

All of the racing series have come to a standstill, the pits have closed and the stands are empty – this is a difficult time for motorsport fans. Or so you’d think. Reality, however, is a bit different. In no time at all, racing series have turned to sim racing. Almost all of the racing series are now staging virtual competitions that are at least just as exciting as their real-world counterparts. Many of our Porsche Factory Drivers are putting their foot down on digital tracks.

With all that action going on, the interested spectator asks himself: can't I do that too? And this is exactly what everyone can now find out. By taking part in the Porsche Community Legends. An open for all Sim Racing competition, held in the race simulation "RaceRoom Racing Experience". Here, the entire Porsche community has the opportunity to secure a coveted place in one of the three weekly qualification races. All they have to do is set a fast lap time within a time trial lasting several days. The best drivers from these qualification races will not only compete against each other in the grand final on 19 May, but also against well-known personalities from the sim racing scene, as well as Porsche works drivers. We don't want to give away too much yet, but this is where the best of the best will meet and compete for great prizes, such as gaming hardware from Fanatec. And the remaining quick-paced participants can also look forward to prizes. As the top 500 of the respective time trial will unlock the Porsche with which they completed their lap, so that they can continue to use it in the RaceRoom.

Those who are up for the challenge and want to prove their talent can do so during the time trials on the following dates:

  • From 19 April until 24 April at the Hockenheimring.

  • From 26 April until 01 May at Silverstone.

  • From 03 May until 08 May at Daytona.

It is free to register for Porsche Community Legends. In addition, participants have the chance to use the tracks and cars from the competition free of charge during the tournament period. We wish all participants luck and may they always have tarmac under their tyres.
