Porsche factory driver: Frédéric Makowiecki.

Like for many others, the career of Frédéric Makowiecki began on the cart track after he showed great interest in motorsport in his young years. Born and raised in France, his road into the motorsport world first led him to the Formula 3. At 20-years-old, he successfully tested himself in the B-class of the Formula 3, yet it was the switch to GT sport in the following year that defined his career.

At an early point of this phase of his career, Frédéric Makowiecki participated in the Porsche Carrera Cup in France and proved his talent there. Throughout his participation, he regularly found himself among the top 5 of the driver’s rankings.

Therefore, it wasn’t a surprise to see Frédéric Makowiecki as Porsche factory driver since 2014. Particularly in Le Mans, he has achieved top spots on multiple occasions within the GT category.
