As you just mentioned: when does the team start preparing for the coming season?

Malte Huneke: The development for a season always starts well in advance. This means that racing season six and development season seven are already running in tandem. For us, it isnow a matter of consolidating what we have achieved. And of course, trying out new things that we have taken with us from Berlin as homework. We want to learn as much as possible about the car's software and hardware set-up. But the hardware development as such is more or less already finished.

Give the fans an insight: are you working on the car? Are you testing new software? What do you want to optimise?

Malte Huneke: Our goal is, of course, to be able to call up the performance that we definitely have in the car consistently and whenever we need it. This then also reflects the goal for season seven. If we want to make it more specific: constant forward momentum – that is the important thing for us. This is our objective for season seven.

Is that your personal goal for the coming season?

Malte Huneke: You could say that. The personal objective is to constantly be moving forwards. And also, to collect lots of points in the Manufacturers' Championship. For the firsttime next year, there’s going to be a World Championships – so there's quite a lot at stake! And we want to be ready to fight for that too.

Last but not least: what else would you like to share with the fans along the way?

Malte Huneke: First of all, I would like to thank the fans for accompanying us on this new journey. I think it's just great. Also, that so many new motorsport fans are joining in, who are excited about the series. And I can really say that the coming season will be just as thrilling.I have no doubt that there will be another great competition. In general, I think it's great that we have such a large and strong community to push us on this journey.
