The Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup again offered plenty of action in the third round of the season. The lucky double winner on this race day was Sebastian Job. The driver from Red Bull Racing Esports won both races on his home turf. Last year's winner, Joshua Rogers, also has something to celebrate: thanks to his performances this weekend, he took the lead in the overall standings.

After the pole position of Joshua Rogers in qualifying, the sprint race of the third race day started in reverse order. The Briton Sebastian Job from Red Bull Racing Esports started from position 2 and took the lead from Alejandro Sánchez already in the second turn. No driver was able to challenge his lead for the next 15 minutes. However, the spectators found plenty of entertainment in the driver grid behind Sebastian Job: the double winner of Barcelona, Max Benecke, fought an exciting duel with Ricardo Castro Ledo for third place. In the end, Max Benecke crossed the finish line before the Portuguese. Closely followed by Joshua Rogers in 5th place.

The drivers started the 30-minute main race in the line-up in which they finished the sprint race. For Sebastian Job this meant above all: total concentration on a perfect start. And the driver with the number 22 coined it. With an outstanding performance over the full race distance, the Red Bull Racing Esports driver demonstrated his skills on the home track at Donington Park. The main race also went perfectly for last year's winner from Australia. He fought his way up to 2nd place and thus scored the points to take the lead in the overall standings of the racing series - and to come one step closer to his goal of defending his title.The young Spaniard, Alejandro Sánchez, from Team MSI eSports, also gave a great performance in the main race and crowned his race day with another podium finish. The best result so far for the team from Spain.

The highlights in the simracing world follow one after the other. Race #4 was postponed to give the world’s best simracer the opportunity to compete in the virtual 24h of Le Mans on 13 June. One week after on 20 June, the worldwide simracing-elite will then start the next round of the Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup on this season’s longest track – the infamous 13.6 kilometers next to the Sarthe.
